Hydro-sand perforation of wells

followed by hydraulic fracturing (staged fracking)

Increased  efficiency and variability of hydraulic fracturing:

- enhanced  alternative to blind hydraulic fracturing, where uncontrolled propagation of fractures occurs in the areas of least resistance. In sandblasting + hydraulic fracturing,  propagation is targeted, starting from the wash  caverns in the bottom-hole area, which makes the process more controllable;

- hydraulic fracturing of up to 300 tons per well per 1 trip;

- high-speed linear gel fracturing over 5m3/min;

- fracturing with cross-linked gel of concentration over 1300 kg/m3;

- proppant fracturing with for large fractions, over 12/18, including RCP;

- possibility to injection of acids, CWS and other chemicals;

- possibility of azimuthal-deviated hydraulic fracturing according to regional formation stress.

Targeted formation stimulation :
- In intervals between couplings and fracturing ports;
- in filters of production strings /strings;
- in tangent sections of production string/ strings ;
- below reduction zones of production strings/ strings;
- near zones of OWC, GOC;
- in multiple intervals for one (1) trip;
- in layered-up  production strings.
Faster work:

- perforation and hydraulic fracturing of several formation intervals for one trip;

- well conditioning , which consists of wellbore flushing and wellbore gauging;

- wellhead hook-up used for standard hydraulic fracturing;

-no need to isolate working intervals in production (backfill, packers/plugs);

- no need to clean-out the bottom hole after stimulation (hydraulic perforator facilitates wellbore flushing after multi-stage hydraulic fracturing).

Safer work:
- maintained integrity of the cement in the annulus due to lack impact action;
- pressure on the production string during hydraulic fracturing does not exceed the pressure of the test pressure;
- in case of emergency STOP trend, it is possible to switch to flushing during hydraulic fracturing, with no need to stop  fracturing fleet pumps.
