Adaptive Automatic Well Valve (CASCADE)

Increases the efficiency of production well operation:
  • operating the well in the gushing mode;
  • transfer of the well to mechanized production after gushing without lifting the deep well pumping equipment;
  • utilization of water or gas from under the packer space in automatic mode without lifting the deep well pumping equipment;
  • operation of a well with leaky ecc/cc;
  • simultaneous separate production with the possibility of accounting for metering of produced fluid separately by strata ESP+SHT.
Reduces the cost of maintaining production:
  • Acid treatment of the reservoir without lifting deepwater pumping equipment and using a workover crew/RRS team;
  • cleaning the tubing elevator from asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits without lifting deepwell pumping equipment and using a crew of KRS/RRS crews.
Increases the time between overhauls of the electric centrifugal pump (ESP):

When the ESP is shut down, impurities/sand/proppant are drained from the tubing into the annulus, bypassing the ESP. Eliminates friction, bearing wear, turbine rotation, clogging of ESP upper stages, wedging and breaking of ESP shaft. Provides safe restarting of the ESP.
